Mixed-Use Tower

MJ Architectural Studios provided a preliminary design for a mixed-use development in Walker, Minnesota.  The site for this development was on a very small, steep site over looking Leech Lake.  The project included a parking garage and exercise spaces below grade, retail/restaurant/office spaces at street level, with two more levels of 6 apartments each at floors 2 and 3.  The design of the complex emphasized maximizing panoramic views of the lake from each residence.
