MJ Architectural Studios provided a preliminary design of a new lakeside resort on Lake-of-the-Woods in Warroad Minnesota.  The project included site development for an upscale hotel, jetty and look-out, boat marina, bait house/rental facility and walking path with pedestrian bridge.  The hotel included 120 hotel rooms, 13 upper floor condominiums, parking facilities, convention space, restaurant and lounge, enclosed pools, outdoor terraces, and meeting spaces with unique views to the lake.
